Joseph continues exploring the domain of pre-conscious/pre-verbal experience. In this audiocast he offers some suggestions for going beyond the descriptive experience or narrative of experience to having the experience directly.
As you begin to learn to build the skill of having direct sensory/somatic experience and holding back the description Joseph suggests that the experience itself may in fact become something else entirely.
