Hello Joseph, todays blog was very good some grewat ideas and things to think about there on the site. i have a question for you: How can I use the structure of the Mythoself proccess to conquor my freat of approaching and speaking to women? Hope to hear back from you then...cheers Martin Leyton

1. Keep listening and also read what you can off of the websites:

of interest as well. In this case knowledge is indeed power.
When you go to the website sign up for the MythoSelf-tm elist as well. This is a great place to get input and also to ask questions, as well as reading the posts from others.
2. Immediately you can apply the information I've been sharing with you here as follows.
Set up the outcome position where you already have a relationship with a woman or with women as the case may be that you want. Then examine the experience within yourself as you hold that position. What's it like when you are experiencing how it will be when you are in the relationship(s) you want to be in already?
Then holding this position come back to the consideration of what it will be like to approach a woman you don't yet know and would like to ... and then speaking to her. What's that like ... AS YOU HOLD THIS POSITION?
That's at least a place for you to begin from ... let us know how it helped.
