Hey folks,

How about an easy, effortless and elegant way to subscribe to my daily (M-F) podcast?

It’s soooooooooooo... Simple!

Okay, here are the instructions:

1. - First if you haven’t downloaded Apple’s iTunes do it now. You can get this program for free for Mac or Windows (yes – I feel bad for you if you’re still using Windows, but this will make you feel better, trust me). Go to:

http://www.apple.com/podcasting

And download iTunes v4.9. You’ll see a purple bordered link on the right hand side just a bit below the banner and next to the main window, just under the image of an iPod and “Step 3.” You’ll also find some information about podcasting here as well.

2. - Then, open your iTunes program and go to the “Advanced” pull-down menu on the menu bar. In that menu you’ll find an option to “Subscribe to podcast ...” as the second option listed (at least it’s second in the Mac version). Just click on this option and it will open a pop-up window that asks for the URL of the podcast you want to subscribe to, use the following URL when you do this:

http://feeds.feedburner.com/Mythoself

NOTE: You must enter this URL exactly as is or you will not be able to get the feeds.

Okay, then you’ll see that you’ve downloaded the current MythoSelf™ AudioCast, and you’ll have the option to click “Get” for all the previous AudioCasts I’ve done so far as well.

Let me know how this is working for you ... and ENJOY!!!

Best regards,

Joseph Riggio
Architect and Designer of the MythoSelf™ Process

PS – A special thanks to Michael Marks for turning me onto this simple soulution

Joseph, I'm SO PLEASED that you used an example today that relates specifically to the question that I
asked you about conquoring my freat of approaching and speaking to women?
I'll go inside and do this 'process' and then post back here.
Would you mind, then , commenting on my experiences?

cheers Martin Leyton

Hello Joseph,

I look forward to hearing what you have to say every morning. I've had one to one MythoSelf facilitation sessions (which I would thoroughly recommend)and your posts reinforce and add to the experience. Plus I can listen to them again and again....!
It's very generous of you to do them, many thanks.

Nicky
